A deposit of $100 is due within one week of booking your trip to confirm and secure your requested dates. Deposit checks should be made payable to Gary Bell. If you wish to charge your deposit for your fishing charter to a credit card, please contact Captain Gary Bell with the credit card information. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation two weeks prior to your fishing charter date, otherwise the deposit is forfeited.
USCG approved safety equipment, Fishing license, fishing poles and equipment, ice, waters, cleaning/filleting fish to take home.
The Captain reserves the right to cancel the fishing trip due to inclement weather, in which case your deposit will be fully refunded. I aim to provide you with a great day on the water, so I won”t drag you out in nasty weather. If you want to give it a go, rain or shine, I’ll take you out and give it our best shot. Countless days fishing in just about every conceivable condition has provided me with the skills to make it happen despite inclement weather.
Anytime that’s best for the client and their schedule. Recommend early morning or late afternoon.

Yes. The captain has the right to tell the client to stop drinking if it gets out of hand.
No. Gratuity is customarily 20 percent of the charter price. Of course, a great day of fishing is the barometer for tipping percentages.
